In the unfortunate occasion that your Ohmni begins experiencing problems and is no longer covered under its warranty, have no worries, the OhmniLabs team is still there to help you.
If the issue can be resolved through troubleshooting, an OhmniLabs customer service representative will help to walk you through the steps to get back up and running.
If the issue requires the replacement of parts, OhmniLabs will help with replacement kits reasonably priced. We also include informative video instructions to help walk you through how to perform the needed replacement. If you experience any difficulties through the replacement process an OhmniLabs service representative will be there to help walk you through.
If the issue is not capable of being resolved in-field, OhmniLabs can service your robot in our manufacturing facility. The owner will require covering shipping and handling of the Ohmni robot. Please reach out to Support@OhmniLabs.com for more information on this option.
In the case that your Ohmni is an older generation that cannot be serviced OhmniLabs will happily offer you a 20% discount, or a 25% discount with the purchase of an extended warranty plan, to swap you Ohmni with the next generation and get you and your team back up and running.
