Turning off Ohmni's Idle Timer

You may have noticed that your Ohmni has fallen asleep, or turned off, on some occasions. This is because all Ohmni robots are set to fall asleep after being idle for 1-hour off their charging station to help them conserve their battery-life.  
Here are a few ways to keep you Ohmni awake and ready for a call at all times: 

1. We always recommend keeping your Ohmni robot on its charging station when not hosting a call. As long as Ohmni is connected to its charging station it will stay awake, online, and ready for a user to call in. 
   
   
2. While 1-hour of idle time of the charging station is a good baseline it also might be to fast or too short for certain users, so we have added the ability to customize the idle time before the robot falls asleep. To customize the idle time of Ohmni to match your team, please follow these steps. 
   
   1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of Ohmni's Screen, to Open Ohmni's settings menu. 
      
      
      
   2. Locate the "Idle time (minutes)"tab in the settings menu and click it to open the feature.
      
      
      
   3. Set the length of idle time before the robot will fall asleep.
