How do I configure my firewall for Ohmni?

Before jumping straight into your firewall check out the following article to run a test to see if there are currently any blockers in the firewall.

Does my network support Ohmni?

For most networks, there are no changes needed in the network settings. Some firewalls are much more restrictive and might need to be configured to recognize and allow Ohmni traffic. 

1. Please ensure your network allows stateful outbound UDP connections to the following domains and ports (port 5349). This is the minimum requirements to have Ohmni working.

2. Whitelist our update and help server for OTA updates and remote console troubleshooting.

3. (Optional) We assume your network allows regular HTTP/HTTPS (TCP 80/443) internet access. If not, the following domains need to be whitelisted to access Ohmni's web application.

   sentry.io
