Roles
Users
The Users tab can be accessed by navigating to the Manage tab, located on the top left.
Add Users
- Click on USERS from the side menu
- Click INVITE USERS at the top
- Enter one or more emails each row and select the role
- Only Super Admin can select Manager role
- For SSO users, make sure the email is already associated with a user in your user system.
- Click INVITE USERS and emails will be sent to each user with instructions to login.
Viewing Confirmation Details/Resending Confirmation Email
- Click on USERS from the side menu. You may view if the account is active or pending( awaiting email confirmation) by checking the Status tab.
- Click on the Email or Gear icon of the user.
- For pending users, there will be a yellow notification at the top stating "Pending user activation". to the right, click the Resend Invitation button to resend confirmation email.
Suspend/Remove a User
- Click on USERS from the side menu
- Click the … icon beside the user
- Select Suspend to temporary suspend user login
- Select Activate to activate a previously suspended user
- Select Remove to remove user login
Viewing/Modifying User Details
- Click on USERS from the side menu
- Click the gear icon beside a user to go to the details page
- Set user name, account status or add tags
- View user usage details or export usage details
- Add a Tag to categorize your users with a specific label.
Sharing Ohmni Access
- Click on USERS from the side menu
- Click the gear icon beside a user to go to the details page
- Scroll to section Ohmni Robots
- Click ASSIGN OHMNI
- Check the robot/s that the user would have access to and click CONFIRM
- The user can now call into the assigned robots.
Changing Super Admin Privileges
- Only the existing Super Admin can pass on Super Admin privileges
- As the existing Super Admin, select the organization's SETTINGS tab from the top-right of the menu
- Select CHANGE next to the Super Admin field
- Select an existing user to assign Super Admin privileges
Search by user
- Navigate to the Users tab in Ohmni Cloud Solutions
- At the top of the Users tab on the left hand side, there is a search bar. Here, you can search by the user's name or email address.
There is also a search by tags function, located to the right of the normal search function. If a tag has been added to a user or set of users, then you can search by that tag here.
You can also filter users within a tag by user role or status, using the button located on the left of the “Invite Users” button.
