Share Links for User-Specific Access

Share links can also be created for users within the organization. This is particularly helpful if an organization is looking to give timed or recurring access to an Ohmni Robot for particular members or employees. This differs from Adding Users to an Ohmni, since specific times can be set for accessing an Ohmni Robot Users that are given access to an Ohmni Robot can call in through a regular Share Link URL or through their Ohmni Web Application.  

Creating Share Links with User-Specific Access

• Go to the CREATE SHARE LINK pop-up window
• Click Who has access, and select Specific users
• Click INVITE
  • Select a user by their Username
  • Click CONFIRM
    • For multiple user access, select more than one Username
• Enter details and click CREATE

Calling an Ohmni through an User-Specific Share Link

• If a User-Specific Share Link URL is provided,
  • Click the Share Link URL
  • Login to your Ohmni Account
  • The call will automatically begin

• If accessing through the Ohmni Web Application,
  • Login to your Ohmni Account
  • Go to the SHARED SESSIONS section
  • Call into the desired Ohmni Robot
