Ohmni Robots
The Ohmni Robots tab can be accessed by navigating to the Manage tab, located on the top left.
Adding Ohmni Robots
Typically when you order an Ohmni with an active Ohmni Cloud Solutions subscription, your robot will be automatically added to your dashboard before shipping.
To add a robot that was not on the list,
- Click OHMNI ROBOTS from the side menu
- Click ADD NEW ROBOT at the top
- Enter the OTP (One-Time-Pin) found on the screen of the robot
- Click SUBMIT
Suspend/Remove an Ohmni
- Click on OHMNI ROBOTS from the side menu
- Click the … icon beside the robot
- Select SUSPEND to temporary prevent anyone from calling into this robot
- Select ACTIVATE to restore a previously suspended robot
- Select REMOVE to remove this robot from your dashboard. It will be reset to a default unactivated state, with all users removed and an OTP showing on the screen.
Viewing/Modifying Ohmni Details
- Click on OHMNI ROBOTS from the side menu
- Click the gear icon beside a robot to go to the details page
- Set the name, add a home screen or add tags
- Enable/Disable caller name, low battery notifications, and in-call snapshots
- View robot status, software version, usage details and export data
- Add a Tag to categorize your robots with a specific label.
Remote Reboot
Remote reboot is only available when Ohmni is online.
- Click on OHMNI ROBOTS from the side menu
- Click the gear icon beside a robot to go to the details page
- Click on Remote Reboot to reboot Ohmni. Please wait a few minutes for Ohmni to come back online after a remote reboot.
OTA Update
Over-The-Air (OTA) software update is only available when Ohmni is online. When a new update is available, you will see a prompt under Software Info.
- Click on OHMNI ROBOTS from the side menu
- Click the gear icon beside a robot to go to the details page
- When a new update is available, click UPDATE to download and apply the new version to Ohmni. Please wait a few minutes for Ohmni to come back online after applying the new update.
Adding Users to an Ohmni
- Click on OHMNI ROBOTS from the side menu
- Click the gear icon beside a robot to go to the details page
- Scroll to the Users section
- Click ADD USERS
- Check the desired user/s and click CONFIRM
- The selected users can now call into the robot
Reset an Ohmni
Reset a robot to remove all users, shared links and restore default settings.
- Click on OHMNI ROBOTS from the side menu
- Click the gear icon beside a robot to go to the details page
Click RESET in the top-right of the window
Call Reports and Event Logs
This feature is available to all Ohmni Cloud Solutions accounts.
In OCS, we have dedicated data reports and event logs, so that you may manage and troubleshoot your robots more efficiently. These reports include information about each call that is made on each unit, like the bit rate, latency, and WiFi strength.
How to access call reports
There are 2 ways to access call reports within OCS. The first way allows you to view all call reports across all robots. This may be particularly useful if you would like to export all call logs for reporting reasons, or if you would like to view specific reports regardless of the unit.
- Log in to your Ohmni Cloud Solutions account.
- Once logged in and at the dashboard, Navigate to the “Call Reports” button on the top of the screen, next to the “Share Links” button.
- Once here, you may filter or search for specific call reports. If you would like to export all call data, you may click the “Export Data” button located on the top right side of the field. If you would like to view a specific report, simply click the “Call Report” button, located on the right side of the call entry. Please view our Call Reports and Metrics article for more information.
- Once in the call report, you may also export this call data by clicking the “Export Data” button on the top right of the report.
The second way allows you to view call reports based on the Ohmni they are being called from.
- Log in to your Ohmni Cloud Solutions account.
- Once logged in and at the dashboard, Navigate to the “Ohmni Robots” button on the top left of the screen, next to “Dashboard”
- Here, you can view all available robots. Find your robot of choice, and click on the gear icon located on the right side of the robot entry.
- Once here, scroll down a little bit, until you see “Report”. Here, you can view how many calls were made, how long they lasted, and what day they were made in a graph. This graph can be adjusted for whichever time period is best suited for your needs in the top right of the “Report” field, and this data can also be exported using the “Export” button.
- If you would like to view the event logs of this robot, you may click the “View event logs” button to view when each call has been initiated and ended. If you would like to view a specific report, simply click the “Call Report” button, located on the right side of the call entry. Please view our Call Reports and Metrics article for more information.
- Once in the call report, you may also export this call data by clicking the “Export Data” button on the top right of the report.
Search by Robots
To search by robot:
- Navigate to the Ohmni Robots tab in Ohmni Cloud Solutions
- At the top of the Ohmni Robots tab on the right hand side, click on the magnifying glass icon. This will open up the search bar at the top right.
- Here, you may search using the name of the robot, or by any tag associated with it. If you would like to know how to add tags to robots, please visit our Robot Management guide for more information.
