Branded Portal: Branding Settings

Our branded portal feature allows you to customize the appearance of your OCS interface, create a unique URL, and choose selective login methods.

This feature is available to OCS accounts in the Business Tier and above.

 In order to get started, log-in to your Ohmni Cloud Solutions account.

Once logged in:

• Navigate to the Settings tab, located in the side menu of the OCS dashboard.

• In the settings, on the left side you will see the “Branding” section. Here you can change the app URL, preferred login method, as well as the portal logos and background. 

Display preferred login method only

The “Display preferred login method only” setting allows you to restrict the login method used to access the OCS portal. You can choose from Google, Ohmni account, or SSO if it is enabled. For organizations, this is particularly useful to streamline the user login process to a single login method. 

Changing the URL

Changing the subdomain allows for a business to keep consistency throughout their Ohmnilabs platforms through branding. A business may want to keep a uniform URL across all tools used within the company for employees and consumers alike, and our branded URL helps those businesses accomplish that. This URL also allows for all other branding features, such as logos and the background image to be applied to OCS.

Portal Logos

Our branded portal feature has 2 different logos which can be used in various locations. 

• The horizontal logo is placed on the upper left corner of the web page and is visible during the login process, as well as the dashboard and respective pages. This acts as the main logo viewed throughout the usage of OCS.

• The square portal logo is viewed during the login process and the In-call screen of the Ohmni.
