Types of Ohmni Account Access

Ohmni robots have two account types; one Owner account and an unlimited number of Users. While both are able to access and drive the robot, an Owner can access the Robot Settings page and add new Users, whereas Users can not access the Robot Settings page or invite other Users.

The Owner’s account is established by whomever enters their information during the Organization's initial setup.

If you are the designated owner of an Organization within Ohmni, only you will have access to the Manage tab (highlighted below) which will be your main access point for inviting new users, managing existing users and changing the settings for any specific Ohmni within your organization.

This final image displays your navigation tab where you can access these options from the top-bar, as well as highlights where the options setting will show on any of your units listed in this tab.
