Pre-Call Messaging is a tool available under the Branded Portal feature for Ohmni Cloud Solutions subscriptions business tier and above.

This feature allows for the Super Admin to create a message that is displayed before a user begins their call with the Ohmni. This feature is ideal for those who would like to display warning messages or other important information before the beginning of an Ohmni call.
For example, say your factory or business has a lot of items low to the ground. We can now set up a message informing users, "Take care to avoid low level obstacles, and obstacles on the ground".
To implement this feature, proceed with the following steps:
- Click Manage on the top left
- Click Settings in the sub menu
- Scroll down to Pre-Call Message
From here, we can input an image, message title, description, and even customize the confirm button. All Messages can be formatted using Markdown language as referenced here.
Something to note: all of the fields must be filled in before the message can be saved.
To choose an image, click the grey shapes located on the right side. This will open a file browser within your computer, and allow for an image to be chosen. Then, fill in the remaining fields, and click Save.
We can now see a preview of our Pre-Call Message on the right.

If we would like to remove the Pre-Call message, we can do so by pressing the Clear button. Any changes can be made after a message is created. Just click Save after you're done to implement the changes.
If no pre-call message is applied, then you have the ability to turn off the default safety tips.
Users will have the ability to hide this Pre-call message, so long as the Super Admin has allowed it. This setting can be found under the User Settings, above the Microphone and Speaker configurations.
