The robot will give out this error for a few reasons, which we will go over in detail.
Check to ensure that there are no objects impeding the robots neck. If you have just removed the robot from the box, make sure that the shipping foam protecting the neck has been removed.
If the neck was moved by hand during unboxing, you may receive this error. In order to resolve this, please restart the unit using the power button, located on the opposite side of the hinge knob. As the robot restarts, the neck should rehome and recenter itself to the correct position.
IMPORTANT: Please do not manually rotate the neck. This may cause damage to the internal gears or homing ability of the robot.
Sometimes, although rare, the robot will give the error and state "my neck is stuck", despite the neck working as intended. In order to make sure, please call into the robot, and move the neck up and down using the R/F keys or MotionMap. If the neck moves appropriately, then it is likely this is a false alarm.
