Return Policy

Ohmni robots are proudly built in Silicon Valley, California. We run clusters of our own custom-designed and built 3D printers and automation/management software that lets us crank out hundreds of kilograms of plastic parts a month. We get engineering tolerances, incredible wall finish, and the ability for our customers to customize Ohmni's color or shape in any quantity.

We also assemble in-house with our assembly bay less than 20 feet away from where the parts are printed. Every engineer is also cross-trained on production engineering. This tight vertical integration ensures that we solve problems at the most efficient level and to ensure they’re designed for your needs. However, in the unlikely event that the Ohmni you received is not what you expected please review our return policy below,

For return and exchange requests of physical products, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. In case of a refund, please note that a 15% restocking fee, and plus shipping/handling costs are charged for Ohmni hardware based on their original MSRP. All Ohmni hardware products must be returned in their original packaging for a refund to be valid. Refunds will be issued within 10-14 business days after we receive the product.

Refunds are not offered for the purchase of digital products. If a downgrade, or cancellation for a digital product (ie. Ohmni Developer License, Ohmni Cloud Solutions) is requested while within its subscription period, OhmniLabs will pro-rate the remaining balance on your account, and hold it for your team as a credit. That credit can be applied to any purchase of OhmniLabs products in the future.

Custom orders, including custom covers, colors, etc., are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
